The State Department has removed Tajikistan from its list of countries with Warnings (don't go). The current list includes:

- Iraq
- Lebanon
- Liberia
- Libya
- Nigeria
- Rwanda
- Sierra Leone
- Somalia
- Sudan
- Zaire
